Shweta Bajpai heads ad sales for key growth verticals for Meta India including Financial Services, Travel, OTT, Publishing and Professional Services. Shweta has worked in the digital products and solutioning domain for the last 6 years across large tech companies which has been a continuum of her experience in planning and managing digital transformation for Tech, Media and Consumer organizations while at BCG during 2007-2016. Apart from her official role, she is passionate about providing mentorship to first generation woman professionals and also serves on the India diversity, equity and inclusion council for Meta. In her time outside work, she plays footie with her sons and loves to write poetry.
