Santosh Verma is an Executive Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of ICICI Securities (a listed subsidiary of ICICI Bank) and heads coverage of the Consumer/Retail, Food/Beverage and Hospitality sectors. In this role, he works with clients across Capital Markets (IPO, QIP, etc), M&A and P/E Fund raising Advisory. He has 21+ years of work experience across India, Europe and the US and in his prior roles, has worked with Rabobank, IDFC Bank and The Walt Disney Company. He is currently working with and has worked with several Hospitality companies in the recent past including having managed the QIP of Indian Hotels last year. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also has an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
