Nikhil Sharma is the Regional Director, Eurasia Region for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and an author of a book Rumi & Kabir Consulting. In his current role, Nikhil holds a full management remit encompassing franchise operations support, regional sales, revenue management services, and steering the marketing strategy for the region. Nikhil is also instrumental in further nurturing the relationships with owners and franchise partners to drive system contribution, revenue, performance, quality, operational excellence and brand engagement. Nikhil brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to WH&R Nikhil was the Chief Operating Officer at Ginger hotels and also one of the founding members at the Lemon Tree Hotel Company. Nikhil Holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi and a certification from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
